退款政策

核心规则:付款后 72 小时(3 天)内,可申请全额退款。

1. 适用范围

本退款政策适用于通过 MacroMargin 官方订阅页购买的年度会员,包括支付宝、微信支付和海外银行卡等可用付款方式。

This policy applies to annual memberships purchased through the official MacroMargin checkout page, including available payment methods such as Alipay, WeChat Pay, and international cards.

2. 72 小时全额退款

付款成功后 72 小时内,用户可向 support@ocmacro.com 申请全额退款。我们通常会在 1 个工作日内回复并处理。

退款申请请提供:付款邮箱、订单号或支付渠道截图、付款时间,以及简单退款原因。

You may request a full refund within 72 hours after payment by contacting support@ocmacro.com. Please include your payment email, order ID or payment channel details, payment time, and a brief reason.

3. 超过 72 小时后的处理

超过 72 小时后,年度会员通常不再支持退款。但以下情况我们会合理处理:

After 72 hours, refunds are generally not available except for duplicate charges, clear billing errors, prolonged activation failures, prolonged service unavailability, or where required by law or payment platform rules.

4. 退款方式与到账时间

退款通常原路退回到付款账户或由对应支付服务处理。我们发起或确认退款后,到账时间取决于支付渠道、发卡行或银行处理速度,可能需要数个工作日。

通过 Paddle 处理的海外银行卡付款,退款可能由 Paddle 按其流程执行,并可能在银行卡账单中延迟显示。

Refunds are generally returned through the original payment method or handled by the payment provider. Posting time depends on the payment provider, card issuer, or bank.

5. 退款后的会员权益

退款成功后,对应订单产生的会员访问权益会同步调整或终止。若用户存在多笔订阅或续费,我们会按对应订单单独处理,尽量避免影响其他仍有效的权益。

After a refund is completed, membership access related to that order may be adjusted or ended. If you have multiple valid purchases, we handle the refunded order separately where possible.

6. 滥用与异常情况

如出现明显滥用退款、共享账号、批量抓取、欺诈、拒付或违反服务条款的行为,MacroMargin 可拒绝不合理退款请求,并保留限制账户访问的权利。

We may refuse unreasonable refund requests involving abuse, account sharing, scraping, fraud, chargebacks, or violations of our terms.
